Aren’t these cute little cars? I wonder how far, they will go in a race? They are supposed to get good gas mileage, so certainly they should make it to a pit-stop. You men would love that I’m sure, plus being in this race, is good sports and recreation doe everyone.
What is this auto doing looking so drab, I think it should have a paint job, like a “lady bug”, and when it wins they can call it the winning “lady bug”. “Ladybugs” are supposed to give you luck if they land on your hand. How lucky can that be? Look at the way their designed, the front could very well be the head for the ladybug and the rest of it be orange with black spots, and wings painted for the full effect.
Oh, and if it’s possible to get it a “chili pepper” design, like Chili’s and get it sponsored by them, that would be even better. That would be a cute “smart fortwo”, in the form of a “chili pepper”, then pour a small amount of “crushed chili pepper” in the gas and see if it gets a hot foot! “apure el apuro”!
The “451 smart fortwo” has been entered in the “2008 One Lap of America” race, Stephen Noton, will drive the 451 smart fortwo. I’m ready to see how well this car holds up and how the gas mileage fairs. The 2008 One Lap of America has been won by sports cars, so this will be a first for the small auto. I’m so ready to check out this race, I hope I can win some tickets and get some parking passes. Wouldn’t that be great, to watch a car built for two, get out there and shut down all the other “sports Jobs”? I’d be rooting for my “little chili pepper”, wouldn’t you?
If it’s the “Ladybug”, we could watch it fly around looking for some flowers. Landing on a flower might not be so easy, but then tell the bugs that. They probably feel the same way, about landing on flowers. Just as long as it don’t get caught in the grill of another car, it will make it.
All kidding aside, these “C> Smart cars”, are sold in Canada, the USA & Europe, but are found worldwide. The different models are name for the amount of people they can hold. Therefore, the “fortwo”, can hold only two people/passengers. So, if they’re economical and easy to park, then we’ve got a car of the future, here today.
We have several dealerships, here in Texas, and it looks like there are many across the USA. It’s not going to be hard to find one of these babies, if you are really interested in it.
Go online and get your information about the “2008 Onelap of America Cannonball race”, get out there and root for the team & the car.
