Anyone who has applied for a position with a  company or the government, knows about pre-employment screening which everyone goes through.  It may be one that strict or it may be laxed.  Whatever being the case, I’m sure that employers are able to pick and choose more aptly than in recent years.  The economy, jolted the world with the amount of  job losses.
