We the American people should stand behind our troops, and pray for them. Many come home, but return because their “buddies” are still over there and they want to support them. These people are serving our country, to keep “911″ from happening again.
So, we while celebrate “Independence Day“, remember “
Freedom Isn’t Free”.
Some have paid the “heavy price“, and we are still under attack by these terrorists.
8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
8 oz Frozen “Free” Cool Whip
1 Small Box Sugar Free Vanilla or Cheese Cake Flavor
Box HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, broken in half or 4th squares
* Fresh Fruit: Example large strawberries slices. Sliced & cubed Pineapple & Blue Berries (washed & dried)
MIX 1st 3 ingredients together until smooth and thick.TOP each graham square with 1-1/2 tsp. (or more if you like) of the cream mixture. Top with assorted fruits. To stack fruit place a little of the cream mixture under each fruit piece. Make as many as you need. Store Mixture in Refrigerator until you are ready to make more. Best not to store on Graham Crackers themselves.
Makes approximately 25 Fruit Bites (Wonderful Quick Fat Free dessert)

One Sunday morning, everyone in one bright, beautiful, tiny town got up early and went to the local church. Before the services started, the townspeople were sitting in their pews and talking about their lives, their families, etc. Suddenly, Satan appeared at the front of the church. Everyone started screaming and running for the front entrance, trampling each other in a frantic effort to get away from evil incarnate. Soon everyone was evacuated from the church, except for one elderly gentleman who sat calmly in his pew, not moving… seemingly oblivious to the fact that God’s ultimate enemy was in his presence. Now this confused Satan a bit, so he walked up to the man and said, “Don’t you know who I am?” The man replied, “Yep, sure do.” Satan asked, “Aren’t you afraid of me?” “Nope, sure ain’t,” said the man. Satan was a little perturbed at this and queried, “Why aren’t you afraid of me?” The man calmly replied, “Been married to your sister for over 48 years.”
I know you are too, these gas prices’ are outrageous and it doesn’t look like we are going to find anything better for awhile……..Tell, me why these oil companies are so greedy? They live in mansions and drive the best cars, eat the best food and wear the best clothes. There are many other things they have the best of, that we don’t have and will never have.
The middle and low income people suffer so greatly at the hands of all these establishments. It’s horrible how high the price’s have become on everything. This elevated price on oil has run up food and cost of living expenses, so much the elderly can’t afford the medicine they need to survive. They have to rely on food pantry’s for food, clothing and other help they are able to get.  You even see them loosing home they’ve had of 40 or 50 years, to high taxes, they can’t afford. Tell, me something is wrong and I’ll say, it’s about time you noticed. Speaking out to the government officials never finds the right place, when you try. I’ve tried many times, and get this “thank you for writing” letter with the “but” right after, in the same sentence. There’s where your speaking out goes to. The trash cans are full at the different government offices, you can believe that. It’s a horrible thing to be subject to this crap and yet, here we are…….
