Post Turtle

Filed under: Other — Administrator @ 9:07 pm
While suturing a cut on the hand of a 75 year old Oklahoma rancher, whose hand was caught in a gate while working cattle, the doctor struck up a conversation with the old man.
Eventually the topic got around to Barack Obama and his bid to be our President.
The old rancher said,’Well, ya know, Obama is a ‘post turtle’.’
Not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked him what a ‘post turtle’ was.
The old rancher said, ‘When you’re driving down a country road and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that’s a ‘post turtle’.’
The old man saw a puzzled look on the doctor’s face, so he continued to explain.

‘You know he didn’t get up there by himself, he doesn’t belong up there, he doesn’t know what to do while he is up there, and you just want to help the dumb ass get down.’

emWave Meditation, Prayer & Self-Help

Filed under: Health — Administrator @ 3:20 pm

There aren’t many places that really get down to the basics, but meditation, is as close to prayer as you can get. This website, offers plenty of good information, in their booklet, seen above, and they want you to incorporate the hand held “emWave PSR” into your meditation, to aid you with your depth of meditation and to coach you along with the different steps, explained in the book. I believe that each person, has his own way of dealing with his inner spirit and just need some help, about the Self Help Meditation program and how to adapt it to your everyday life. It will help you to learn about how to use the PSR with your meditation and the different audio tones, that it emits, aiding you to know what level you may be on. If you do not have your own PSR you can go online and order the booklet and a PSR will come with your order.
On May 21, 2008, Howard Martin will have a HeartMath Free Webinar, at 5pm Pacific Coast Time. This is a get together, with him and others, to learn more about the Self Help Meditation program and how to adapt it to your everyday life. It will help you to learn about how to use the PSR with your meditation and the different audio tones, that it emits, aiding you to know what level you may be on.In order to take part in this Webinar, you must go on line to the website, and register. More information for this webinar, can be found there and they look forward to having you be with them. Contact them and get a deeper understanding of how this meditation, works to give you a better more serene lifestyle.
