A vendor sells fruit in a public market in Havana, Cuba.  We often take for granted the nice supermarkets we have here in the states.  There have been scares about pesticides being on these products from other countries.  Still it’s nice to find venders who sell fresh fruit and vegetables in area markets……..

I’m sure you been around long enough to know about the term med spa and maybe even dreamed of going to one to get pampered.  M Medical Spa, is based in Atlanta, GA and specializes in this very thing.  They have the motto “everyone deserves to feel beautiful”, which is appropriate when dealing with the human body.  I believe that certain treatments would be great to revitalize and tone the skin’s surface.  Where beauty starts is in the hands of the specialist who administers these treatments.  Want to stop those aging signs and keep your skin lovely?  Then contact this place about an appointment, and make it a holiday getaway trip.

My Vegetables are Growing

I have tomatoes growing……..lol……I can’t wait for fresh tomatoes……

The cabbages are starting to make heads.

I just love fresh vegetables out of the garden, the taste is so different for the store vegetables.  I’m sure you know what I’m taking about if you’ve ever had a home grown garden.

What Spice are you?

You Are Black Pepper

You may be considered ordinary by some, but you’re far from boring.
You elevate the mood of any discussion, and people miss you when you’re not around.

You are secretly very dominant and powerful. Most can only take you in small doses.
