  They can’t grow fast enough for me………..I’m ready for some cherry tomatoes, to put in a good salad……..I have plenty of flowers, so maybe it will give me a bunch of cherry tomatoes, and make me happy.

I live in the DFW area and it’s a big business in the area where I live. I have seen many different remodeling contractors, in the DFW area. 2 lbs. chicken wings

1/4 c. butter melted

2-4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg (optional)

Preheat oven to 425*F.  Cut tips off wings,(save for soup) cut wings in half at joint. In med. bowl, combine butter pepper sauce, cinnamon and nutmeg.  Add wings and toss.  In bottom of broiler pan, arrange wings on baking sheet, bake and turn occasionally, about 35 min. or till brown and crispy.  Serve, with blue cheese or ranch dressing.

If I don’t have graham crackers in the house to make a pie crust for my cheese cake, I’ll use Vanilla wafers instead.

40 vanilla wafers, finely crushed

1/4 c. sugar

1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted

Blend ingredients together and press mix firmly against bottom and sides of  9 in. pie plate.  If desired, bake for 8 min. at 375*, cool.
